This constitutes an overall refurbishment of a building designed in 1952 by the architect Nello Baroni (designer alongside Michelucci of Santa Maria Novella train station), for a large restaurant on two floors with panoramic terrace.The Eden Rock resort architecture and interior design project by Alessandra Panunzio architect

As stretched on the rocks, the structure looks a part of the landscape, thanks to a minimalist and comfortable style, designed by Alessandra Panunzio, a Florentine architect, in a way to collect light and interact with nature.
The 12 suites with a nice view and different in shape and size (from 35 up to 130 squared meters), some with private terrace, offer a luxury holiday. In the bespoke design of  furniture and of the lighting, There are wengè wood boiserie and sand-coloured  tissues, lampshades bordeds, filtering brown carpets, coconut mat. The walls are decorated with paintings by Jamaica Salvato.

The Eden Rock Resort offers tastings of select wines in its marvelous rock cellar with a lounge bar inside the resort. The bar and the lobby, conceived as simple lighting volumes, are placed on the background of the old hard rock quarry.
